- 1 Ghana Card for everyoneDrivers and passengers are verified before their first trip. Drivers' licence, insurance and roadworthy are checked and must stay in date.
- 2 The ride codeEach journey has a code shown only on the driver's screen. You type it in your app within 60 metres of the car. Wrong car, wrong code.
- 3 Monitoring when you want itEither person can ask for a trip to be watched live by the Lift safety desk. Everyone in the car is told. It's a comfort layer, not an alarm.
- 4 SOSIf you're not safe, press SOS. The Lift safety desk is alerted at once, with your live location, and your emergency contact gets a text. We alert help; we never promise how fast it arrives. In an emergency, also call 191 or 18555.
- 5 Closed at nightNo new lifts between 23:00 and 04:00.
- 6 A real deskPeople, not bots, on the phone number in the app.
- 7 Your dataLocation only while you use Lift, and from drivers' phones during a journey. Nothing sold. Ratings private. Everything is in the Privacy Policy.
